Step 1 – Discovery & Site Visit

We start by understanding your goals and walking through the existing space—on site, if possible. We’ll look at structural realities, how you live, and what you want to improve.

Step 2 – Measure & Model

We’ll measure the existing spaces and create an as-built “existing conditions” 3D model.  We’ll also take photographs of the existing spaces for reference during the schematic design.

Step 3 – Feasibility & Concept Sketches

We’ll evaluate what’s possible within your home’s footprint and structure, then sketch high-level layout ideas that respond to your goals and budget.

Step 4 – Design Development

Once we’ve aligned on a direction, we’ll refine the plan, develop elevations, and ensure we’re addressing both form and function.

Step 5 – Final Plans & Builder Coordination

You’ll receive detailed plan sets ready for permitting and construction. Need help finding a builder or making final tweaks during construction? We stay involved as needed to help your remodel go smoothly.
